Jinja Nile Resort, Jinja

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were pleasant and very spacious, but lacked a number of items in the bathroom. The service was impeccable, from the beautiful venue to the delicious food, although it was affected by the loud local day visitors. The location is awesome, right on the Nile in Jinja, but the constant noise from the visitors was a downside. The dining was good, though I wished the serving time was extended. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were pleasant, very spacious, clean, and traditionally decorated, offering a lovely view of the Nile. The service was professional and quite helpful, making my holiday in Uganda truly special. The location, right above the Nile, was excellent, and the dining experience, featuring tantalizing Ugandan cuisine, was equally good. The facilities added to the overall comfort of my stay.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a direct view of the river Nile, but lacked basic amenities like toothbrushes. The facilities, including the Gym, Sauna, Steam Bath, and Massage Parlor, were enjoyable. However, the mad scramble due to unavailability of rooms for all 23 of us in Jinja was a major inconvenience.

The hotel rooms were top-notch, providing a relaxing space after enjoying the gym, sauna, steam bath, and massage parlor facilities. The large mosquito net added a nice touch. They were exceptionally clean, and the customer care, especially from the reception staff, was outstanding. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing, with limited offerings.
